Requirements beyond the framework of basic customer support (non-standard technical or commercial tasks, technical or programming intervention) are not carried out by the support staff and we do not complete them while you wait  – such requests are handed over to technicians or traders and are usually executed within 1 business day. The paid technical support service is completed only in the case of free and available human capacities and upon prior agreement.

Of course, in the event of a fault or technical problem on our part, technicians intervene at any time of the day and at night (within 10 minutes of the problem being detected).
