All our technology, infrastructure, and services are continuously monitored and all problems are immediately reported to technicians.

We use our own monitoring system for monitoring servers, services, and other elements. Depending on the seriousness of the situation, this system informs us via e-mail, monitor warnings, Instant Messaging, or SMS. This monitoring is active continuously and engineers can immediately or remotely intervene.

In the future, we will publish outputs from our monitoring and statistics of data transfers and the workload of individual services.
